UK orders
Most orders are sent from the warehouse within 48 hours of e-mail confirmation, but then please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to avoid disappointment. The delivery charge is £5.00 per box.
International orders
Most orders are sent from the warehouse within 48 hours of e-mail confirmation, but then please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to avoid disappointment. The delivery charge for 1 box to Europe is £15.00 and £25 elsewhere.
Any customs, import duties or other taxes levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted providing items, including BUMP box, are returned, unused, in a resaleable condition and folded neatly. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
To return an item simply:
1. Complete the returns and exchanges form supplied with your order.
2. Fold the item(s) and place in our undamaged BUMP box. Place the form and BUMP box in an outer box.
3. Place the returns sticker on the outer box and post it back to us.
Sorry but we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage as they are both direct costs.
Please obtain a "proof of posting" certificate from your Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
Please note:
We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse.
